 Why does the sky look blue?

Gasses and particles in the atmosphere scatter 

blue colors rather than other colors all around the sky. 

Firstly, The sunlight passes through the air. The blue parts of the sky scatter more around the earth's atmosphere and it oscillates faster than the red colors in the sky, however most of the sunlight coming through the atmosphere scatters more blue than violet. 

Secondly, Our eyes are most sensitive to blue light rather than violet light so the sky looks blue rather than red and violet. Blue light flies in the atmosphere more than other colors because of shorter and smaller wavelengths. The sky seems blue because of a phenomenon called Raleigh scattering around the earth’s atmosphere. 

Lastly, Raleigh refers to the scattering of electromagnetic radiation by particles of smaller and shorter waves. Our sky is admittedly purple but our eyes seem to see blue because of the predominant blue light triggers. The eye can not only see blue but green and red. 

The blue sky is so called “blue” because of gasses, particles of other colors,

and also blue light oscillates faster than other colors like green, red and violet.

The purple in the sky seems to be blue in our eyes because the eye is sensitive to a

brighter light like blue and purple.
